Sin embargo, es fundamental tener una base s\u00f3lida desde la cual comenzar a construir nuestra arquitectura de precios.<\/p><h3 data-start=\"566\" data-end=\"634\"><strong data-start=\"570\" data-end=\"632\">El Objetivo: Maximizar Ingresos y Alcanzar la Rentabilidad<\/strong><\/h3><p data-start=\"636\" data-end=\"855\">El objetivo de un campo de golf o un hotel resort es obtener ingresos superiores a los costes. Cuando los ingresos superan los costos, hablamos de ganancias. Estas ganancias pueden:<\/p><ul data-start=\"857\" data-end=\"969\"><li data-start=\"857\" data-end=\"894\">Ser conservadas como ingresos<\/li><li data-start=\"895\" data-end=\"969\">Reinvertirse en el complejo tur\u00edstico para impulsar su crecimiento<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"971\" data-end=\"1154\">\u00a0<\/p><p data-start=\"971\" data-end=\"1154\">Para saber exactamente qu\u00e9 nivel de ingresos por ventas se necesita para no asumir p\u00e9rdidas, utilizamos un concepto clave: el <strong data-start=\"1105\" data-end=\"1128\">punto de equilibrio<\/strong> o <strong data-start=\"1131\" data-end=\"1151\">Break-Even-Point<\/strong>.<\/p><h3 data-start=\"1156\" data-end=\"1197\"><strong data-start=\"1160\" data-end=\"1195\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 es el Punto de Equilibrio?<\/strong><\/h3><p data-start=\"1199\" data-end=\"1363\">El <strong data-start=\"1202\" data-end=\"1225\">punto de equilibrio<\/strong> es el escenario en el que un <strong data-start=\"1255\" data-end=\"1272\">campo de golf<\/strong> o <strong data-start=\"1275\" data-end=\"1291\">hotel resort<\/strong> no obtiene ni <strong data-start=\"1306\" data-end=\"1318\">p\u00e9rdidas<\/strong> ni <strong data-start=\"1322\" data-end=\"1335\">ganancias<\/strong>.
