As we&#8217;ve discussed in previous posts, the sales process is changing, leading to increasingly sophisticated business structures adapted to the new market situation and the environment in which our customers interact.<\/p>\n<p>Undoubtedly, the presentation below is a brief summary of the reasons why our companies need to be increasingly involved in managing their social media profiles. From my experience, I can tell you that we have generated significant leads for resorts, with production results of \u20ac100,000 per account.<\/p>\n<p>The way we use social media in our company\u2014&#8221;Hunting,&#8221; where the account manager&#8217;s mission is to acquire large accounts and clients through social media, followed up with via email or phone, and &#8220;Broadcasting,&#8221; where the main action is communicating content and services, including complex events, with a purely informational approach\u2014will be key to our success and productivity.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m sharing with you this presentation from our friends at the Innovatlas community, which is very visual and helpful for those resorts that haven&#8217;t yet given enough importance to managing their social media profiles.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Every day we realize the importance of the interaction our hotel complexes and golf resorts must have on social media.
